Baby Larson is proving to be like the Energizer Bunny.
My due date is TODAY. The day is 1/2 over and I am quite sure it will end with no labor pains, no trips to the hospital, and certainly no baby. So now the question is: Just when will he arrive? So make your guess to the poll at the right. I only gave you four options and I certainly hope that is all the options baby Larson needs! I myself am going to vote for Sunday because after a dragging my pregnant 40 + weeks self out of bed and attending three hours of church hoping that my water does not break during it, I think I deserve to be blessed with my over due baby! In the mean time I will be trying to not to scratch my hive covered body. Yes, not only am I getting larger by the minute but I think I also have PUPPS (Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy). Read about this lovely condition HERE. Please everyone, pray for me to have this baby!
Boy, oh boy. This kid is sure giving you a run for your money. Maybe he is just waiting to be born on your Mom's birthday. Maybe you should try some spicy food lol. Seriously though, you are in my prayers. I'll be doing a 5k walk tomorrow and I will be thinking of you. I did that same walk when I was pregnant with Hawkins and only had four days left to go. I was really hoping I would go into labor that day, but no such luck. I was induced four days later. Good luck this weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh, that is too funny! My vote just made one of each day, LOL... just keep nesting, just keep nesting... :-) We're praying for you!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteCome out, baby, come out! I'll be chanting this all weekend for your sake.
ReplyDeleteOh you poor little girl. That sounds like an awful condition. I am so hoping that you have him tonight. You never know. Miracles happen!
ReplyDeleteI think he is just getting comfortable. Maybe he is nervous about Miles. You should have Miles talk to him & tell him it will be ok & that he will still be nice & warm when he comes out.
ReplyDeleteHot Damn! Get that baby out! For your sake, we hope your baby is punctual. We know how it is to be waiting and anticipating those first labor pains. Wendy was just about to down a bottle of castor oil to get her going, but decided to let her come when she was ready. Good Luck, and we look forward to meeting baby Larson.
ReplyDeleteHi Heather! You don't have a clue who I am, but I was one of Jon's friends in college, and I got the link to your blog from his Facebook. Yes, I'm one of those weird blog stalkers! Ok, not really, but I've enjoyed reading your blog. So, just to commiserate with you on your little guy...my baby came 2 weeks after my due date It was SO hard to be patient and we tried all those natural forms of inducing labor. Not a darn thing worked until he was 16 days late and finally stripping my membranes made it all happen. Yes, he was a big 9 pounder, but worth every ounce and every extra day. Still, I hope Baby Larson decides to come out and meet you a bit sooner than 16 days late. Good luck and thanks for letting me read your blog! You're a doll!
ReplyDeleteMan! We were all hoping we wouldn't get a post today... well, at least you get a few more nights of sleep, right?? :)
ReplyDeletePupps? Yuck! How aweful, seriously, I am so sorry for you. Luckly after Rowan (lets call him stinker for short) itll all clear up.
ReplyDeleteI too will be chanting for him to come out TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With Valerie she wasnt budging, I swear if it were possible Im sure Id still be pregnant with her, she was just so cuddly inside me and I didnt progress with labor. so actually tomorrow was my date to go in and get induced, luckly my dr is pro induction after the due date.
Rowan just wants to be as young as possible so that way he can have a closer birthday date to Jackson. They'll be the BEST long distance buds EVER.
Ive said it before but I love you, I love you, I love you!
All I know is that the longer he's in the the newer he'll be when I get to see him! Seriously though, I understand the misery and hope for your sake he decides to make an entrance real soon! Like Tuesday! LOL
ReplyDeleteThe Pupps sounds absolutely horid! Never heard of it and I had 5!
OK - I voted for today, so we're praying REALLY hard!!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteYou poor thing. At least you are a beautiful pregnant woman.....so you got that going for you. Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteHi! You have no idea who I am! I am Kannie's sister in law, lol, and I randomly clicked on your blog while reading hers...I hope your little guy comes soon! My best friend had PUPPS and found an amazing and rapid cure! I thought I'd pass it along...pine tar soap:
