in love with toy story.

Rowan has seriously been enjoying Toy Story 1 & 2 these days. He could easily watch it beginning to end without needing anything. Of all the movies and all the shows on TV this is the attention getter. HE LOVES IT. He doesn't even play with toys here and there while it's on, his attention is totally focused on the TV. Jon and I are really excited to take him to Toy Story 3. Anyone know when it actually comes out?
Rowan relaxing in the toy room and watching the movie.
This is hilarious. Did you know Toy Story had a scary part? It does, and this is what Rowan does when that part comes up. He use to rush out of the room crying and reaching for me, where we would sit together until the scary part was over, but now he just leaves the bedroom and watches it from behind the wall- carefully peeking out. So cute.

**The scary part is when Buzz & Woody are in Sid's room and Woody is looking around and the toy with the doll head, one eye, and robotic spider legs comes out from under a dresser or something. You know the part right?

** I apologize for the blurry photos. I really can't stand blurry pictures, and try not to post them, but this was too funny.

  3. WOW! You mean if I come to visit, we don't have to watch JUST ELMO anymore! YAY! That is sooooo cute! I especially love the hiding behind the door till the scary part is over! That made my day! Thanks for finally posting!

  5. i think that doll with the spider legs is pretty scary. that is funny because chase would do the same thing with the movie cars. during the "scary" part he would go to the farthest possible place he could be but still see it. now he won't even watch the movie anymore.

  6. So cute. Easton's a huge Toy Story fan and I'm into my kid liking cowboys. And sometimes those movies provide an AWESOME break! I admit to using tv as a babysitter now and again, and I love it.

We have the same relationship with both of those movies, LOL - I'm not sure what the pull is, but they. are. MAGIC. ;) We're excited to see #3 when it comes out, too!
