Way To Go Jon!

Remember that internship Jon had? Well, now it's a FT job! We are really excited about it- especially Jon. He is now working for Pure Touch Media. (http://puretouchmedia.com/) Just last week he began working PT time for them (he would work PT at Braodcast Rentals, his old job, and PT at Pure Touch) and by Tuesday night the owner of Pure Touch came in and said he wanted Jonathan to work FT! His last day of work for Braodcast Rentals was Thursday and Jon started working FT on Friday. So this is his first week of FT work at Pure Touch Media. It is great for a lot of reasons- it's closer to home, he's not out driving all day in the Arizona heat, he is actually using the skills he learned in college, this company sounds like it will offer a lot more opportunities and growth, and best of all- Jon likes what he is doing!! I am so happy for him cause it was hard seeing him go to work everyday to a job he did not love to support us. Now I feel better when he leaves for work in the morning because I know he is doing something he enjoys and grows from. So it looks like we will be staying in Arizona for a while longer. Our lease is up in October and if the job is going well and moving in the right direction then we are going to consider a more permanent residence here. It will be nice to be a little more rooted since the family will have grown by one at that time. It's nice to at least feel semi settled even if it is in Arizona!
