Pretty happy even though he got circumsized earlier. (Just wait til the diaper change)
Happy Birthday Grandma and Rowan!

Hope you two can celebrate your birthdays together in the future.
Rowan and I are having a great time with grandma. Rowan had a couple rough days- Wednesday he had to get circumcised and today he had to get some lab work done for a second screening- it consisted of getting his heel pricked. He handled both like a champ. Wednesday evening we took grandma to Carrabba's for her birthday (Rowan's b-day too). YUM! Sorry Rowan, next year you can eat some of the delicious chocolate cake. We have also introduced grandma to The Office. We've been watching a couple episodes a night. I am sure we will be doing many more fun things with the days we have left with grandma- so, more to come!
i'm glad everything's still going well and that you've had a few outings without locking keys or baby in the car. sorry jon, had to throw that one out.

Cool! Looks like you're handling yourself well, too - maybe it was the painkillers I was still on, (I think... was I?), but I absolutely bawled the whole time when we had to leave Kiddo for his circ. It must have taken about 5 minutes - they'd been holding him and waiting for us to come back for a while when we came back like, 17 minutes later (when they'd told us 20, LOL).

ReplyDeleteoh heather, I got my FAVORITE sugar recepie from Emily Bunt Peterson again and made them the other day with Val. oh my goodness, THEY ARE THE BEST. Ill e-mail you the recepie so you can try them too. And the great thing they are soo easy and not difficult to mess up, coming from a person who is not a fan of making cookies. All of mine came out perfect and chewy too.
