Miles.
Sure he looks cute here with a fresh haircut & bow, but I assure you it is not cute when he is puking all over the carpet and Jon's jacket. That one earned him some time in the doghouse. And trust me you don't want to know about the time I put him in the bathroom to keep him out of my way so I could clean up another puke incident. Let's just say that is one mess I left for Jon, after all, he is the one who really likes Miles. After more then a year with him always inside (one of the cons of having a dog and an apartment) I can say I have had plenty of "we're getting rid of the dog" moments. Perhaps when we become homeowners I'll warm to him. And that only applies if we have a yard, because that is where he'll be spending most of his time.
When I hear about other people having those moments, it makes me feel much better that I don't have a dog or any kind of animal for that matter. I'll have plenty of puking and spit up, etc. with my kids.
ReplyDeleteYou may understand why I just cant stand to own any pets. yikes. but he sure is cute.
ReplyDeleteThat's why you kids NEVER had any pets growing up! LOL ... 5 kids with dirty pants and puke moments was more than enough for me......but then Rowan looks so dang cute riding Miles and Miles is a cute little fart. Hang in there. When theirs a yard for Miles to play in, all will be different! I hope!
ReplyDeleteJoe was all pumped up to get a dog at our old house until we dogsat my aunt's dogs for a weekend... cured him pretty quickly! He's back to his old tricks again, talking about wanting one again. I'm saying let's actually move into your house first, huh?
