Our little tomato.
Rowan is Ironman!
My friend also had a chef's hat and apron she let us borrow- I figured we might as well dress up too- at least for a photo. I was the chef while Jon was the hungry patron. It was a fun night. We joined Jon's older sister's family and hit two neighborhoods. I think Rowan ended up with like 7 or 8 regular size candy bars, as well as a flashing light sword. Most of the stuff he got is stuff he wont eat, so for like three days straight I had a diet of chocolate. Not so helpful when you're trying to get back into your regular clothes. Sawyer was ready for bed before we even got started, so I pretty much stayed at the house or car with him while everyone else rang doorbells. Fine by me.
A couple days before Halloween we invited our friends over to carve pumpkins. Here's Jon's creation. Looks like the Cheshire cat, although I don't think that was his intent.
And here's all the pumpkins after completion. We have Frankenstein, a bigfoot, traditional, big tongue, and cat. I didn't get around to carving one (making dessert) so Jon did both.
Group photo! It was a fun night, and the dessert was yummy! I think I'll make it again for Thanksgiving. I am quite the fan of pumpkin desserts- too bad Jon isn't.
Oh my gosh! LOVE your costumes, you guys are the cutest little family :)
