I am home while Rowan naps, so I thought I would give you a house update. We're spending every minute possible at the house, and, while we are making progress, it's hard. Jon is still working his day job, editing videos for his freelance contract job, editing bridal pictures for his sister, making a wedding video, and doing anything at the house with Rowan is impossible! (Especially now that the carpet is gone, leaving behind a ton of exposed nails.) Thanks to our babysitters who are taking Rowan off our hands so we can get some work done! With the limited time we have had at the house so far, and with help from family, we have gotten all the old nasty carpet and padding out. We have to wait a good week for our carpet and laminate to arrive, so next up is painting. I have decided on a couple colors for some rooms, so at least we can get started on that. Say goodbye to the brown! I for one, am thrilled to see it going.
