For New Year's Eve we headed to Aaron and Erica's house for food and fun. After stuffing our faces (so.much.food.) we played some various games around the table, and then headed downstairs to play some "Minute to Win It" games. Oh the hilarity that ensued. Sawyer slept through all this, and Rowan stayed awake the whole time.
The object of this game was to hold a popsicle stick in your mouth, and then try to stack six dice on top without them falling.
I set up a little place for everyone to take their picture with props.
This cracked us up. Jon had this dorky look on his face the whole time he was doing this. Apparently it helped him concentrate.
This game was really funny, as you can see. The point was to get the Oreo from your forehead to your mouth using your face muscles. Made for some really attractive pictures of everyone.
After the majority of the games had been played the kids headed to the theater room to watch Brave. The Boggle nerds played Boggle. Jon and I headed upstairs for round two of food, and played some games on the IPad. Everyone came upstairs to ring in the New Year. We missed the ball drop by seconds. The kids made a mess with the string poppers, and that was all she wrote. A successful New Year's Eve in my book.
Great pictures BUT you could have thrown one or two in of the boys!! lol I need my baby fix.
