Mother's Day 2008
Well, I had a great Mother's Day weekend. Jonathan and I kicked it off Saturday by doing things that I wanted to do. On the agenda was a trip to Mor Furniture so I could daydream about couches and dream of the day when we can get a new one. Then we headed to Babies R Us to check out some essential items. We spent most of our time looking at car seats and strollers. I think we found the one we want. It was very cute to see Jon pushing them around and trying to figure out how to fold them up. Then we ate at Cafe Rio- yummy! Of course we had to top it off with a Nielsen's Frozen Custard dessert. We could have eaten one each, but we shared. Our final stop was Target where we bought a cute pair of pj's for the baby. Sunday we went to church- none of the ladies in my ward got anything :0( Sunday evening we had our 1st Mother's Day photo shoot! It was fun and I can't wait for next year when the baby is really here! Hope all you mommas out there had a great day too!

Oh, you look so cute! You don't look like you've gained 12 pounds! You look great! Can't wait to see little Rowen in the pictures with you too!
ReplyDeleteLove you both....I mean love all 3 of you!
I love your mother's day slide show - you kids are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures, you are lookin' good girl! Isn't it fun to watch Daddy's trying to figure out all the baby stuff? It took John awhile to master folding down the stroller, I figured out much quicker but he'll tell you it's because I was using it more often.
ReplyDeleteLove those pics!!! They're great! :-) (And that seated pose is actually very good for you! ;-)
ReplyDeleteoh heather, I love you.

ReplyDeleteheather, heather, heather, I cant wait to see you again. Thankfully July will be sooner than I think. :) I feel like a tubo. Im sure you understand. :)
ReplyDeleteMmmm...Cafe Rio. I'm salivating as I write this. Yeah, my Mother's Day was a welcome break. My oldest is not quite 4 yet. Crazy, I know. Three kids 3 years and younger. I had no idea I would do that when I started having kids. They'll all be really good friend though...that's what I hope at least.
ReplyDeleteLove your slide show! Great pictures!
ReplyDeletePrecious! I love the pics. It must be pretty amusing to have a photographer live with you snapping pictures all the time.
ReplyDeleteThose are such cool pictures! And- I am absolutely in LOVE with Nielsen's custard! I wish we had one close so badly! You have to have the bumble berry! Oh, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
